Gloria leads the economic, financial, and legal aspects of the business, and heads up the local and international network business with a focus on the German healthcare industry and international digital health industry. Gloria is an economist with a focus on law and was formerly a consultant at McKinsey & Company before setting up Temedica.

Chief Medical Officer at Temedica. Benjamin leads the medical-strategic development work of Temedica, alongside scientific research. With over 60 publications and many years of clinical work and extensive experience as a consultant for international medical technology companies, the former senior physician brings a wealth of experience from medical research and patient care.

Dr. Christina Wagner
Chief Financial Officer of Temedica. Christina brings over 20 years of management experience, including senior positions at Boston Consulting Group, coliquio GmbH and OmniaMed Holding, combined with a thorough understanding of the healthcare sector. Christina holds a doctorate in chemical engineering and is also responsible for human resources at Temedica.

Dr. iur. Rainer Hess
Dr. Rainer Hess is a lawyer specializing in medical and health law. From 1969 he worked as a legal advisor in various positions within the German healthcare system. From 2004 to 2012, Dr. Hess was impartial chairman of the Joint Federal Committee, and was then appointed Chairman of the German Foundation for Organ Transplantation in 2013.
He has authored numerous publications on social and health law, pharmaceutical law, and remuneration law for the medical professions and is a trainee specialist in medical law. For many years, he has also been a commentator on statutory regulations on the law of service provision in the Social Code and in hospital law.
Dr. Hess is a member of various advisory boards in the fields of healthcare, nursing care, and medicine.

Prof. Dr. Norbert Klusen
Prof. Dr. Norbert Klusen has many years of management experience in the healthcare, electronics, and mechanical engineering industries. He was a member of the Board of Management and Labor Director of Jungheinrich AG Hamburg. He then worked for 19 years in the executive management of Techniker Krankenkasse, 17 of these as its Chairman of the Board of Management.
Prof. Dr. Klusen teaches International Health Policy and Health System Comparisons at Leibnitz Universität Hanover. He was guest professor and visiting scholar at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, is Honorary Senator of the University of Bayreuth and the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences Zwickau, and is also a member of the expert advisory board of the Federal Government for the Innovation Fund in Health Care.
Prof. Klusen also acts as a mentor at Bernotat & Cie., The Mentoring Company, Essen, and is a member of various supervisory and advisory boards in the fields of health care, e-health, nursing, medicine, media and equity. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Health Foundation.

Rudi Lamprecht has decades of management experience within the IT industry. His roles included working for Hewlett Packard in Europe and North America for over 20 years. He was appointed member of the Group Executive Board and member of the Managing Board in 1996 and in 2004 he joined the Corporate Executive Committee of Siemens AG, also sitting on various administrative and supervisory boards of several of its international subsidiaries. He is a highly regarded IT expert with a wealth of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries.
He is CEO and Chairman of EWC East-West-Connect GmbH, which he founded in 2009. Mr. Lamprecht is also a member of various supervisory boards, including Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HERE (formerly Nokia Maps), President of the Board of Directors of Duagon AG, Switzerland, Board Member (Non-Executive) of Fujitsu Technology Solutions B.V, the Netherlands, and Non-Executive Director of AO.com, UK.
